Our familiar apartment house is located a little above the center of Sölden in the Bichl district in a quiet and sunny location with a wonderful view of the Ötztal mountains.

The valley run 21/22 of the Giggijochbahn is in the immediate vicinity of the house and also the stop for the free ski bus.
Bookable starting from 2 people in summer, our apartment is the ideal starting point for hiking, mountain climbing and biking.

You can walk to the town center with a short walk of 10-15 minutes.
